A look behind the scenes with the Gym’Backs

HAPPY THANKSGIVING FROM THE GYMBACKS

I can't believe it's Thanksgiving already! Pre-season is flying by and I can't believe I'm a senior. It seems like just yesterday I was walking into my first GymBacks practice as a freshman. My how time flies when you're having fun!

The team is looking great this year. Everyone is constantly pushing
each other and working hard everyday in the gym. We just had our first full intra-squad on Sunday and we were awesome! Everything we've been working for paid off. Of course we had a few
errors here and there and there's always room for improvement, but this team has truly impressed me.

The highlight of the intra-squad was definitely watching Alex do her arabian double front on floor. I was so proud of her when she nailed her routine! Watching this team grow and develop over these last few months has made me so proud to be a GymBack. I love being a senior and being a leader for my team; it's a great feeling.

Season is just around the corner and I can't wait. Watch out everyone here we come!
