STILLWATER, Okla. - The Arkansas women's tennis tennis team finished competition from the main draw of singles and doubles on Saturday at the ITA Central Regional Championships in Stillwater, Okla.
Makenzie Craft, the last remaining Razorback in the singles main draw, fell in her round of 16 match against Maria Alvarez of Oklahoma State in three sets, 4-6, 6-3, 6-3. Both of the Razorbacks' remaining doubles teams were knocked out in the round of 32 in the main draw of doubles as well.
"Makenzie's run this week was an encouraging performance for us," head coach Michael Hegarty said. "Today's match came down to the wire and both players played well enough to win."
