LAST TIME OUT: @RAZORBACKSOCCER AT MISSISSIPPI STATE (10.26.14)

- The scoreless match was broken in the 31st minute when junior Lindsay Mayo tallied her third goal of the 2014 campaign. Junior Ashleigh Ellenwood found Mayo, who blasted a shot from 35-yards out.

Freshman Madison Hall tallied her first collegiate goal in the 78th minute to give the Razorbacks a 3-0 advantage, which would prove to be the final score.

@COLBYHALEUA SOUNDBITES
On the game – at MSU
“I’m proud of our effort. Sunday road SEC games are always difficult. It was a good win and a big three points that helped us secure our spot in the conference tournament. Mississippi State changed a lot of things from what we saw on video, but I thought our team adjusted well.”
On opportunities – at MSU
“I was very happy with our attacking effort. We scored three goals, but we also had three goals called back for offside calls.”
On the game – vs. No. 6 Texas A&M
“I thought we were good. In the second half we were good and created some chances. The first goal, they hit a one-timer, a shot from 30 yards out. That doesn’t happen often but soccer is a fun game. We love the fight we had in our team. Never gave up until the end.”
On opportunities – vs. No. 6 Texas A&M
“We created a couple chances in the opening minutes of the game. We knew we were going to get chances. We liked our attack. I thought we did a good job of limiting their scoring chances, by doing a good job of defending in the box.”
