FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – As part of this weekend’s fans promotions, the University of Arkansas softball team is set to host Bark in the Park for all three games of its upcoming series against No. 3/2 Auburn which begins Friday at 6 p.m. (CT). All dogs and their owners will need to enter through the gate in right field, where owners will also be asked to fill out a waiver form. Gates open one hour prior to first pitch of each game.
Friday, April 15 – 6 p.m.
• First 150 fans will receive dog treats; waste bags will also be handed out
• Humane Society will be in attendance with adoptable dogs
• Softball Bingo – pick up cards at the entrance to play along in order to win prizes
• Post-game autographs
Saturday, April 16 – 1 p.m.
• Pre-game Parade of Dogs
• Post-game autographs
Sunday, April 17 – 1 p.m.
• Marketing staff will distribute 50 water bowls at the check-in table at the gate in right field
• Fayetteville Animal Services will be in attendance with additional information
• Sunday Funday – all kids can run the bases after the game; first 50 receive voucher for free hot dog and drink
General admission for adults is $5 for all home games while students with a valid UA ID and fans 17 years and younger will receive free admission.
