FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The Arkansas football team returned to the practice fields Tuesday for its second week of spring camp.
Tuesday's practice, which began outside but moved indoors during the 15th period due to the threat of severe weather, was the first of three slated for this week. The Razorbacks will practice three times a week for the next four weeks leading up to the annual Red-White Spring Game on April 29.
After donning pads for the first time Saturday, the Razorbacks went through their second 23-period practice in full pads.
The Razorbacks focused on special teams for the first few periods then split up for individual position drills before moving to 7-on-7 and team drills. After spending the first few practices working on first and second down situations, the Razorbacks worked on third down situations, including short-yardage scenarios.
