The Razorbacks are one of eight Southeastern Conference teams ranked among the USTFCCCA top-25 and look to progress into the latter part of the outdoor season even stronger. Arkansas also leads the South Central Region, moving up from No. 3 in the last poll.
Head coach Chris Bucknam’s squad will be lining up against student-athletes from Baylor, Kansas, Kansas State, Miss State, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Stanford, TCU, Texas, and Washington.
“We're in the second year of doing this meet so we're all systems go and trying to include more national teams and teams from around the country and bring more people into Fayetteville," said Bucknam. "We did lose a lot of the SEC schools simply because we host the conference meet this year, but as I said earlier after this year we don't host the conference meet again for 14-years. We'll get through it and I'm sure we'll have some of those teams come back to us next year."
"When you look at the breath of programs that have been in Fayetteville this year between indoor and outdoor it's staggering to look at. There's nobody who's doing that and its because of our great facilities, it's because of our great officials, and it's because of our teams and our teams are competitive. It's phenomenal, we've had so many conferences represented (at Randal Tyson and John McDonnell Field), so it's nice to have this meet at home and not travel," Bucknam continued.
Events to Watch
Along with the traditional events to watch listed below, the meet will also feature a 4×800-meter relay, 4×1500-meters relay, Sprint Medley Relay, and a Shuttle Hurdle Relay, all of which will be contested by the Razorbacks.

Sophomore Kris Hari leads the way in the men’s 200-meter entries for Arkansas at the National Relay Championships.
