FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – “On the Air with Chad Morris,” Coach Morris’ weekly radio show presented by Lindsey and Westrock Coffee Company, will be live on Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the Catfish Hole to preview Western Kentucky and recap week 10 of the 2019 season. The fall’s 11th show will feature sophomore defensive back Montaric Brown and redshirt-freshman quarterback John Stephen Jones.
Brown, from Ashdown, has started eight games this season, recording 28 tackles, including 22 solo. He also has three pass breakups and been involved in two turnovers: A fumble recovery against Colorado State and an interception in the end zone against Texas A&M. He is one of three Razorbacks with both a pick and a fumble recovery this season.
Jones, a native of Dallas, Texas, will make his first start at quarterback for the Razorbacks on Saturday against Western Kentucky. He’s played in each of the last two games, leading touchdown drives in both contests at Alabama and against Mississippi State, throwing an 11-yard fade to Mike Woods in the latter for the score.
Live from the Catfish Hole for the 11th-straight year, Chuck Barrett, the voice of the Razorbacks, will host head coach Chad Morris on the one-hour show while fans can make reservations to attend the shows by calling the Catfish Hole at 479-521-7008. Tickets are $25 and include all-you-can-eat dinner buffet with catfish, shrimp and chicken.
The show will be carried throughout the state of Arkansas on the Razorback Sports Network and locally in Fayetteville on 92.1 FM, 95.3 FM, 99.5 FM, HD3 106.5 FM and 1290 AM.
