FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Here is a look at how the 16 former Arkansas football players active on NFL rosters fared this past weekend in Week 14 of the NFL season.

BEST OF WEEK 14

Brandon Allen, QB, Cincinnati Bengals

Allen threw his third touchdown pass in as many games, but Cincinnati suffered a 30-7 setback at Dallas. Making his third consecutive start, Allen completed a career-best 27-of-36 attempts for a season-best 217 yards and a touchdown. He hooked up with WR A.J. Green in the second quarter for a five-yard score. Allen suffered an injury on Cincinnati’s first drive of the fourth, which according to reports, has been diagnosed as a bone bruise.

Kamren Curl, S, Washington Football Team

Curl had his best game as a pro, recording his first career interception, returning it 76 yards for a touchdown, in Washington’s 23-15 win at San Francisco. Curl jumped FB Kyle Juszczyk’s route in the flat, intercepting QB Nick Mullens for the second-most return yards in a game by a rookie in Washington franchise history. He also became the third Washington player since 2006 to record at least one interception, seven solo tackles and a quarterback hit, and the first since London Fletcher in 2011. He recorded a game PFF defensive grade of 72.9, second-highest on the team behind first round draft pick DE Chase Young (77.2). The 2020 seventh round selection has provided Washington tremendous value, recording the best season defensive grade (69.0) among all rookie safeties and the 12th ranked coverage grade (72.1) across all league safeties that have played 50% or more of their team’s snaps. Washington has won its last four games and leads the NFC East with a 6-7 record.

Hunter Henry, TE, Los Angeles Chargers

Henry made six grabs for 41 yards as the Los Angeles Chargers downed Atlanta, 20-17. He was crucial to Los Angeles’ winning effort, converting a 3rd & 2 with 20 seconds left in the fourth quarter on a 15-yard reception. Three plays later, the Chargers hit a game-winning 43-yard field goal. Henry tied his career season-high of 55 receptions with three games left in the year against Las Vegas, Denver and Kansas City.
