2008: The team’s leading hitter and scorer, Johnson started all 66 games during the season. Arkansas benefitted from her offensive surge that saw the junior infielder set career marks in hits, batting average, runs scored, home runs and RBI. Batting, primarily, at the No. 2 spot in the lineup, Johnson led the team with 71 hits, 53 runs scored and a .338 batting average, more than 100 points better than her .219 average during the previous season. Her 53-run tally tops the Arkansas single-season list. Her nine home runs more than doubled her previous career total of four. Johnson opened the season with a 12-game hitting streak, the longest of any Razorback player in 2008. She added hitting streaks of eight and 10 games during the year as well. Johnson was named to the all-tournament team at the Metrodome Classic where she collected eight hits, five runs, one home run and two RBI. In the regular-season finale, she had three hits, one of her team-leading 19 multi-hit games on the season. She also totaled 10 multi-RBI games and scored at least two runs in 13 contests. Johnson was also named to the 2008 SEC Spring Academic Honor Roll.

2007: Johnson started at second base as a sophomore and was third on the team in runs (24), doubles (6), home runs (3) and RBI (27). One of Johnson’s best games was against Missouri when she was 3-for-4 with a double, three RBI and two runs scored. Johnson had six multiple-RBI games and went on a six-game hitting streak in February.

2006: In her first year at Arkansas, Johnson started 56 games in the middle of the infield. She led the team with 18 walks and ranked third in RBI with 15. Johnson recorded four multiple-hit and four multiple-RBI games. Against North Carolina, Florida and Tennessee Johnson was 2-for-3 at the plate. In a win over No. 11 LSU on April 26, Johnson launched her first home run as a Razorback. She led the freshmen class with 27 hits.

HIGH SCHOOL: As an Oklahoma all-state infielder, Johnson guided the Bartlesville Bruins to back-to-back Class 6A state tournament appearances as a junior and a senior. Johnson recorded a .557 batting average her senior season. In 2004, Johnson earned most valuable honors at the AFA National Tournament as a member of the Tulsa Eagles club team. In her junior season, Johnson and the Eagles won the 18-and-under AFA National Championship.
